Shepherd Services, a multi-state towing and recovery provider, needed a modern, reliable, and user-friendly online presence that reflected their professionalism and helped customers quickly get assistance. Their previous website lacked clarity, mobile optimization, and strong local search visibility—critical components for an emergency-based service business. I redesigned and rebuilt their entire website in WordPress and established a fully optimized Google Business profile to improve discoverability across Wyoming, Utah, and Montana.
